The Sydney Writers’ Festival (SWF) 2026 has officially wrapped up after delivering the most successful Festival in its 29-year history, with record-breaking attendance and ticket sales for the second year in a row. More than 100,000 people attended the Festival’s 200-plus events, which featured over 250 writers, thinkers and storytellers from around the world.
